Many reviews highlight how our signature tin boxes, inspired by old-school kitchen memories, ensure every curry and biryani arrives perfectly hot, spill-proof, and ready to serve, making the act of hosting feel effortless. ### Quality You Can Taste Authenticity is the foundation of every meal we prepare. Whether it is the slow-cooked richness of our Dal Makhni or the fiery punch of our Rajasthan-style Laal Maas, our kitchen remains committed to traditional recipes. Guests frequently mention that the consistency of our flavour, regardless of the event size, is what sets us apart from standard delivery options. We refuse to use shortcuts, ensuring that our masalas are sourced from their native regions in Kerala or Punjab to bring you the true spirit of India. ### The Baraat Difference Beyond the food, our presentation receives consistent praise. We moved away from standard plastic and cardboard packaging in favour of our reusable tin boxes. This choice is more than an aesthetic one. It keeps food warm and secure, while also serving as a nod to the nostalgic vessels our grandmothers used for storage. When you host a party with us, you are not just serving a meal; you are providing a talking point. From corporate dinners across Delhi NCR to intimate house gatherings, our guests appreciate that we deliver exactly what we promise: restaurant-quality dining brought directly to your home. ## About Baraat I view every order as a Baraat—a celebration that demands the best. I am obsessed with keeping recipes rooted in tradition, whether it is a spicy Laal Maas or a classic Butter Chicken, and hearing that our food lands perfectly on your table is exactly why I started this.
