Customers frequently mention how our reusable tin boxes keep the food piping hot and spill-proof, delivering that fine-dine wedding feast feeling right to their dining tables. When you order from Baraat, you are not just getting a meal, but a trip across India. Our patrons often highlight the specific regional nuances that define our kitchen. From the sweet-sour tang of our Bengali Aam Dal to the fiery kick of our Kerala Prawn Curry, the consistency and quality of our spices are a recurring theme in the feedback we receive. We know that ordering Indian food delivery in Delhi can be hit or miss. That is why we focus on two things: uncompromising freshness and the delivery method. By using premium, reusable tin boxes instead of plastic, we ensure your Butter Chicken or Paneer Butter Masala arrives looking and tasting exactly as it should—without the mess. Whether you are planning a quiet dinner for two or hosting a larger gathering, our menu is designed to handle it. You will find that our portions for dishes like the Calcutta Mutton Biryani are generous, and the attention to detail, from the vinegar-soaked onions to the perfect raita, is what our diners consistently praise. We are proud to be the choice for home diners who refuse to compromise on the taste of authentic regional cuisine. ## About Baraat We started Baraat to bring the festive energy of an Indian wedding feast right to your dining table. We use recipes sourced from across India, pack them in my grandmother’s vintage-inspired tin boxes, and ensure every meal feels like a celebration.
