### Summer fruit Pavlova
Our summer fruit Pavlova is decorated with fruit, cream and flowers. The shown cake has cream portions across the top, with fruit and little flowers between them. It is one of the seasonal dessert specials we make alongside our boards and catering.

### Fruit cheesecake
Our chilled cheesecake has kagzi lemon curd, strawberries, mulberries and kiwi. The lemon curd covers the top, with fruit arranged along one side. The gallery shows the whole fruit cheesecake as well as the whole Pavlova, each with its own arrangement.

### Little cheesecake portions
We also make cheesecake with cherry compote and a pistachio crumble. That version is shown as individual portions, with little toppings on each piece. These three examples show the seasonal cakes and cheesecake desserts we have made, rather than one fixed cake design.
