We calibrate every smoke infusion, house-made syrup, and garnish placement to guarantee the exact same profile for the first guest as for the 300th. This is where we ensure the theatre of the bar remains consistent under pressure. The glamour of a cocktail party is only the final act. Before a single guest arrives, our crew is deep in the setup process. This includes setting up mobile bars, calibrating our molecular mixology kits, and finalizing the ice preparation for our signature drinks. Our team focuses on the logistics that guests rarely see but absolutely feel. We coordinate closely with venue partners to manage high-volume service, ensuring our staff from London or New York operate with the same rhythm as our local team. Whether we are prepping fresh saffron infusions or setting up a tequila cart, our focus remains on technical execution. We treat every event as a production, where the bartenders, the glassware, and the ingredients are all cogs in a larger machine. When we bring in global talent like Luca Cinalli or Andie Ichim, the prep work scales to match, integrating their specific techniques into our workflow so the transition from a concept to a served drink is seamless. ## About Indo Fusion Cocktail Services Rohit here, and along with Sushant, I founded IFCS to bring real cocktail culture to Indian events. We grew tired of seeing parties paired with mediocre drinks, so we built a team that treats bartending as both a technical craft and a high-energy performance.
