Our workshops, conducted with Abhinav Bindra’s Targeting Performance (ABTP) facility, focus on practical sports science—teaching you how to warm up professionally, prevent common tennis injuries, and balance strength with endurance so you can play longer and harder. Building a champion requires more than just hitting thousands of balls. It requires a deep understanding of human physiology and biomechanics. At the Indian Tennis Academy, we bridge the gap between court practice and physical excellence by hosting specialized workshops in collaboration with experts like the ABTP facility at Fortis Escorts, New Delhi. These sessions are designed to educate both players and parents on the 'invisible' side of the sport: * **Injury Prevention:** Learn the precise warm-up and cool-down routines that keep pros on the court and out of the physio clinic. * **Strength vs. Endurance:** We break down the difference in training for explosive power versus the stamina required for three-set matches. * **Recovery Science:** Understand how to recover faster after grueling tournament days. We intentionally keep these sessions small, with a strict limit of 20 seats per batch. This allows our instructors to provide direct feedback and ensure every participant understands the technique.
