Under Head Coach Todd Clark, we use video analysis to strip away bad habits, focusing on biomechanics, tactical decision-making, and physical conditioning so you can play smarter, not just harder. At Indian Tennis Academy, we have moved beyond standard drills. Our partnership with Accelerate Tennis brings a global training standard to our courts at Modern School, Barakhamba Road. We believe that whether you are a junior starting your first match or an adult refining your competitive edge, your training must be rigorous and purposeful. ### The Training Methodology We focus on three pillars of development: * **Technical Precision:** We use 1-2 sessions of video recording and playback to isolate and correct technical flaws. This ensures you understand the geometry of your swing, not just the follow-through. * **Physical Resilience:** Tennis is demanding on the body. Our curriculum includes specific injury prevention routines, such as foam rolling and core strengthening, designed to keep you on the court longer. * **Tactical Awareness:** We simulate match conditions during our sessions. You will learn how to handle pressure, select the right shots, and read your opponent's movement, which is essential for AITA tournament preparation. ### Programs for Every Level We segment our students to ensure that training intensity matches the individual's goals. Our junior camps focus on stroke fundamentals and agility ladders, while our high-performance clinics are designed for those serious about competitive tennis, featuring high-intensity feeding and live-ball situational play. We also offer corporate workshops for adults who want to balance cardio fitness with technical skill development. ## About Indian Tennis Academy We are the Indian Tennis Academy, and we exist to take you from challenger to champion. With Australian coach Todd Clark leading our team at Modern School, we focus on real-world results and high-performance training for every age group.
