They acknowledge the early mornings at Jayanagar Stadium and the intensity we bring to our Kumaraswamy Layout gym. For us, the real recognition happens daily, when our athletes hit a new personal best in deadlifts or secure a spot on state teams. ### Beyond the Trophies Receiving the India Trade Awards 2024 was a proud moment, but it confirms what we have always known: consistent, hard-nosed training gets results. We believe in the slog, and whether it is a para-athlete preparing for a national event or a junior cricketer building core strength, every drop of sweat counts. ### Our Training Environment The foundation for these achievements is built across our two training sites in Bengaluru. We push boundaries at our rooftop gym in Kumaraswamy Layout with heavy compound lifts and traditional mud pit resistance work. We then take that explosive power to the Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar for sprint mechanics and agility drills. This dual-location approach ensures our athletes are prepared for both the gym and the field. ### Join the Tribe We are not a typical fitness center. We are a community of athletes, coaches, and para-athletes training together. Our strength and conditioning programs are designed to break limits. If you have the fire, we provide the coaching, the discipline, and the environment to help you fail, fail better, and eventually win. ## About Indian Athletic Academy I am Roshan Agnisreedhar, and Indian Athletic Academy is the result of every 5 AM start we have ever made. We are not just here to train you; we are here to build a team that grinds together. If you have the fire, we have the space for you.
