For our Ramayana Laser Show, we worked with the children for weeks beforehand on stage storytelling, helping them grasp the cultural narrative while building their confidence to perform in front of an audience. ### Learning Through Tradition Festivals at our DLF Phase 1 center serve as a practical classroom. When we celebrate Janmashtami, the focus shifts to motor skills through 'matki' decoration and storytelling sessions that explain the significance of the lore in simple, relatable terms. We avoid rote learning. Instead, children engage in activities like clay modeling, fluid art, and group role-play to understand the themes behind each celebration. ### Our Festive Approach We believe in creating an inclusive environment where every child feels the spirit of the occasion. From Diwali poojas that teach the value of light and kindness, to Republic Day activities that introduce concepts of national pride, our programming is designed to be age-appropriate. * **Cultural Exposure:** Children participate in traditional art forms, music, and simple rituals. * **Community Building:** We frequently involve parents in these celebrations, such as our collaborative craft sessions, to strengthen the bond between home and our learning space. * **Safe Celebrations:** All activities are conducted in a child-proofed, secure environment, ensuring that the fun remains stress-free for both kids and parents. Whether it is the colors of Holi or the wisdom shared during Ganesh Chaturthi, our goal is to help children find their roots while they develop social skills like teamwork and empathy. If you are looking for an after-school program in Gurugram that values cultural connection as much as academic growth, we invite you to visit our center and see how we celebrate together. ## About Inaaya We believe school should feel like a second home, especially during festivals. Our team creates safe, immersive environments where children can explore, celebrate, and connect with their roots.
