This is where you move past textbooks and learn to handle materials like the Pink Tower and bead frames with your own hands. You do not just learn the philosophy; you build the muscle memory required to lead a classroom or set up a Montessori space at home. Hum cheezon ko practically samajhte hain, and that is what makes our graduates confident enough to step into any school or start their own venture. ### More Than Just a Certificate When we started IMTC Gurgaon, our goal was simple: to carry forward the 80-year legacy of Dr. Maria Montessori. We have seen parents come to us feeling lost or frustrated with traditional schooling, only to leave as confident, 'aware mothers' who understand how to guide their child's development. Our graduates often tell us that the most significant change wasn't the diploma on their wall, but the patience they developed. Whether you are aiming to teach in top-tier private schools or simply want to create a prepared environment at home, the transformation is real. ### Why Our Graduates Succeed * **Practical Skills:** We don't just teach the 'what.' You learn the 'how' through hands-on work with authentic Montessori apparatus. * **Child Psychology:** Understanding the 'why' behind a child's behavior changes your daily interactions. Our curriculum covers development from birth to 6 years in depth. * **Career Support:** From placements in reputed schools across India to mentoring those starting their own Montessori houses, we stay connected. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Is the diploma government-recognized?** Yes, the diploma is awarded by the Indian Montessori Centre (IMC), Bengaluru, and is recognized by the Department of Education, Government of Karnataka. It is valid for employment in private schools nationally and internationally. **Do I need a teaching background?** Not at all. We have trained parents, nannies, professionals from the corporate sector, and fresh graduates. If you have the curiosity to understand children, you have what you need to start. **What does the blended format look like?** We combine 450 hours of live, interactive online sessions with 150 hours of mandatory in-person practical lab training. This ensures you get the convenience of home learning with the rigour of classroom experience. ## About Indian Montessori Training Centre Nandini and Daisy have built this institution on one belief: if you observe a child, you will find the answers.
