Many people focus on how soft the grass feels, but the secret is in the perforated PU backing. If the water cannot drain, your beautiful green corner will start smelling after the first monsoon shower. I always inspect your existing floor slope first to ensure the water flows to your drains, not against your walls. We do not just roll out the grass. My team handles the surface prep, cleans the concrete, and ensures the invisible seaming is perfect so you do not trip over the edges. Whether it is a small apartment balcony in Gurgaon or a large commercial terrace in Delhi, we use high density, 35mm to 50mm, multi tone blades that mimic natural grass. It is pet friendly, non toxic, and UV resistant, meaning it will not fade, crack, or turn brown under the scorching Indian sun. We use all weather PU adhesive to bond the turf to your floor, which prevents lifting during heavy rain. We keep it simple: - Surface Cleaning: We clear out the debris and fill minor gaps in your existing floor. - Precise Installation: Every cut is measured to fit your space perfectly, with no overlapping edges. - Drainage Management: We ensure the installation does not block your existing water outlets. This is a one time job that stays fresh for years with zero maintenance. No water bills, no gardener, just a clean, green space for your morning tea or evening relaxation. ## About Imperial Decor I am Nitin Saluja.
