It is the framework I use to ensure your home does not just look attractive, but supports your mood and daily life, as highlighted in my recent discussions with Architecture+Design and ABP Live. Publications like Architecture+Design and Good Homes focus on designers who bring more to the table than just aesthetics. They look for a clear point of view. My features explore how I integrate nature and sustainable materials into modern homes in New Delhi and the NCR. Whether it is a colonial-style residence or a modern office space, the focus remains on the experience of the people using the area. I explain why natural light, indoor greenery, and intentional layout choices matter for your well-being. This recognition confirms that a client-focused approach, where every choice is made for your comfort, is the right way to build. If you want a space that feels like your own sanctuary, this is the philosophy we bring to your project. ## About I M Design & Development I am Amrita Maitra, and I founded I M Design & Development because I believe every home should tell a story. My team and I focus on the psychology of space. We ensure your environment feels like a sanctuary, rather than just a set of rooms.
