Whether you are a professional or just finding your santulan in the art of magic, this is our space to share, learn, and grow together. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A glimpse into our first Magic Elysium Symposium. We had everything from legendary magicians like Mr. Nanu performing close up illusions to sound healing experiences. This image represents the spark that started it all, my dream of building a thriving magic community in India.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/fc698afc-0df4-4d68-9203-fce440db1e1c) ## About The Magic Elysium Community When we get together for our symposiums, it is never about competing with one another. It is about sitting down to swap secrets on sleight of hand mechanics, discussing the psychology of misdirection, or simply watching someone perform a routine they have been refining for years. I make sure these gatherings remain open to everyone, from curious beginners holding their first deck of cards to professionals sharpening their stage acts, because the best magic happens when we learn from each other. ### Building the Network I started Magic Elysium with a simple analogy in mind: the mycelium network. Just as the underground fungal network connects trees and plants, I wanted to create a system that connects performers across India. Magic can often be a solitary pursuit, where we practice alone for hours, but the community is where the craft truly comes alive. ### What Happens at our Symposiums? Our events are designed to be a blend of performance and practical learning. You won't just find stage shows here. We curate: * **Skill Sharing:** Experienced mentalists and magicians break down their routines, explaining the physics and psychology behind them. * **Cross-Discipline Learning:** We encourage interaction between different art forms, including juggling, flow arts, and sound healing, to help you see magic through a different lens. * **Networking:** A space for performers to connect, find collaborators, and discuss the realities of the Indian performance industry. ### Who is this for? Whether you are an absolute beginner looking for your first cardistry lesson, or a seasoned pro wanting to discuss the nuances of an illusion, there is a place for you here. We strip away the ego, focusing purely on the art and the joy of creating wonder. If you have ever wanted to understand how a trick works, or you are looking for a community that understands the hours of practice behind a simple move, you are in the right place. ## About Sanjay I am Sanjay. I started this community because I felt the need for a space where us magicians, jugglers, and mentalists could just hang out and get better at our craft. Magic is usually a solitary pursuit, but at Magic Elysium, we change that.
