Whether I am packing tech gear for a dealer meet in Pattaya or rigging grand illusions for a corporate night in Greater Noida, I personally manage the logistics to ensure the magic works perfectly on the day. When you book me for an event outside Delhi NCR, you are not just getting a performance; you are getting a fully self-contained show that I have prepped for the venue. Being a professional illusionist is not just about the 60 minutes on stage. It involves weeks of planning, rigging, and air travel to make sure everything from the iPad magic setup to the guillotine prop arrives safely and functions exactly as intended. ### The Reality of Touring Magic My work takes me from intimate dealer conferences in Thailand to massive corporate award nights in the NCR region. The transition between these spaces requires a high level of discipline. For smaller, tech-heavy events like iPad magic or digital illusion shows, my requirements are minimal. However, for grand stage productions, my team and I arrive hours in advance for rigging and technical rehearsals. This level of preparation is what allows me to pull off stunts like levitation or high-tension mentalism without a hitch. ### Why Logistics Matter I have learned that the success of a show often happens in the margins. It is about checking the LED screen compatibility for my digital illusions or ensuring the stage dimensions at your venue support the safety requirements of my grand props. When you bring me on board for an event, I take the stress of the performance off your plate by handling these technical details. Whether it is a product launch or a private celebration, my goal is to deliver the same high-energy performance regardless of the location. If you are planning an event that requires a touring act, let's talk about the specific space and equipment needs early on to ensure the experience is seamless for your guests. ## About Rahul Kharbanda I’m Rahul, and for the last 25 years, I’ve taken my magic from Delhi to stages all over the world.
