At Ignite, we don't just teach you how to hold the racket; we force you to fix your stance and watch the ball. Whether you are signing up for the foundation batch or the advanced competitive program, you should expect to sweat, drill your footwork, and actually get better, not just rally for fun. ### Our Coaching Philosophy I believe table tennis is about discipline, which is why you will hear me yell, "Chal chal chal!" during our sessions. My approach is simple: if you have the drive, we have the method. We focus on the basics of a shakehand or penhold grip, but we move quickly into multi-ball feeding and robot-assisted drills to build your reflexes. ### What Training Looks Like at Ignite We train in a fully equipped indoor facility in Sector 47, Gurugram, using ITTF-approved Stag tables and professional red PVC flooring for the grip you need. * **Foundation Programs:** For kids and beginners, we spend our time on mirror drills, shadow practice, and agility. We start them young—sometimes as early as 4 years old—because that is when you build the muscle memory that sticks. * **Competitive Training:** If you are prepping for tournaments, this is where we ramp up. We do dedicated fitness, ladder drills, and 90-to-120-minute sessions that include video analysis of your strokes. * **The Robot Advantage:** We use high-end table tennis robots to feed thousands of balls. This allows you to practice a specific forehand or backhand loop thousands of times without waiting for a partner to fetch the ball. ### Who This Is For Whether you are a total beginner who just wants to learn the rules, an adult looking for a high-intensity workout, or a veteran player prepping for masters games, we have a batch. We also offer hourly 'Pay and Play' slots if you just want to use our pro-level equipment without the coaching commitment. Drop in for a session. Let's see if you can keep your eyes on the ball. ## About Ignite Table Tennis Academy I am Sidhant, and my life has been on the court since I wore the India jersey in 2007. I started Ignite because I wanted kids and adults in Gurugram to experience real table tennis, not just casual play. If you're ready to put in the work and push your limits, I'm ready to coach you.
