We break down complex movements into simple, fun actions that build hand-eye coordination and confidence naturally. At IB Sports Academy, we designed our foundation program specifically for children starting from age 4. We know that at this age, the goal is not to produce professional players immediately, but to foster a love for physical activity, improve agility, and build basic social skills like teamwork. ### Our Training Approach We move away from rigid, boring drills.
