We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all training method. Whether it’s Coach Bhanu focusing on shooting precision or Coach Chiranjeev building defensive agility, each mentor brings a unique technical expertise to ensure your child gets targeted, game-ready feedback in every session. ### Your Child’s Development, Our Priority At IB Sports Academy, we understand that a good coach changes the game, but a great coach changes a life. That is why our team comprises experienced, certified professionals who are not just skilled trainers but mentors dedicated to grassroots basketball development in Delhi NCR. ### Meet the Experts * **Head Coach Ishwar Bhati:** With a decade of experience and recent recognition with the 'Dr. Ajmer Singh Award', I oversee our high-performance curriculum and ensure that our academy maintains a standard of excellence on and off the court. * **Coach Bhim Singh (Bhanu Sir):** A Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified veteran with 12+ years of experience. He specializes in advanced shooting mechanics and physical strengthening, making him the go-to for players looking to sharpen their competitive edge. * **Coach Chiranjeev Kumar:** Also a Jr. NBA certified professional with 8+ years of experience, he focuses on high-IQ game analysis, 1-on-1 defensive rotations, and maintaining the competitive spirit our students are known for. ### The Coaching Philosophy We follow our mantra: 'Khelge Toh Badhoge'. This means our coaches do more than teach dribbling and layups. We integrate injury prevention, video analysis for game-ready IQ, and strength conditioning into the daily routine. Our batch sizes are kept between 15-20 students to ensure each child gets personal attention from our assistants. Whether you are looking for beginner classes for your 4-year-old or elite training for a tournament-bound junior, our team is structured to guide every skill level. We keep the atmosphere disciplined yet fun, ensuring kids stay off their phones and on the court. ## About IB Sports Academy I’m Ishwar Bhati, and I’ve handpicked this team for one reason: they love the game as much as they love teaching it. We’re a group of coaches who know that a player's growth depends entirely on the quality of guidance they get at the grassroots level.
