Our team doesn't just stand on the sidelines giving instructions—they get into the drill with you, whether that means breaking down your shooting mechanics in slow motion or correcting your footwork under pressure. We rotate our coaches across all age groups so that every student gets a fresh technical perspective on their game. ### Our Coaching Philosophy At IB Sports Academy, we believe coaching is about mentorship, not just instruction. Our team is led by founder Ishwar Bhati, recent recipient of the Dr. Ajmer Singh Award for excellence in physical education. But we know that one perspective is rarely enough. That is why we have built a diverse team of Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified coaches, including experts like Coach Bhim Singh, who brings over 12 years of experience in shooting mechanics and dribbling drills. ### Why Train With Our Team Our philosophy—*Khelge toh badhoge*—drives every session. We focus on: - **Technical Rigor:** We use video analysis to correct your form instantly. - **Holistic Development:** It is not just about medals. We prioritize injury prevention, core posture, and building your basketball IQ. - **Industry Connections:** Through our ties with experts like Mohit Bhandari, former Indian basketball team captain, our students get insights directly from the top level of Indian basketball. ### Where You Can Train We operate in multiple centers across Delhi NCR, with our primary hub at ITL Public School, Sector 9, Dwarka. Whether you are a beginner looking to master basic motor skills or a serious athlete prepping for national trials, our coaches provide a structured pathway that fits your goal. From 'Best Coach' award winners to dedicated fitness trainers, every member of our staff is committed to grassroots sports development. ## About IB Sports Academy I am Ishwar Bhati, and I started this academy because I believe sports can change lives. My team and I are here to make sure you get the same technical discipline that top players get, whether you are just starting or aiming for the nationals.
