## About Basketball Performance Assessment

### Why Your Game Needs a Reality Check

I believe "Khelge toh badhoge!" (If you play, you will grow). But unless you know your exact level, progress becomes guesswork. Times have changed - basketball isn't just about hustle, it's about smart training. This assessment gives you a clear, honest snapshot of your game so you can properly focus your effort.

### What Gets Measured

I break down your basketball skills evaluation into three big buckets:

- **On-the-Ball Skills:** Shooting (accuracy, form), dribbling, handles under pressure, defense, footwork. We go deep - from basic layups to handling two balls at once.
- **Physical Ability:** Athletic performance testing covers speed, agility, conditioning, strength, and endurance. Basically, how well your body answers the call of the court.
- **Basketball IQ:** I check decision making, mental toughness, and court awareness assessment - can you read the game, react, and keep your head cool?

### Who Should Try This

Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already playing serious matches - everyone can gain from this. *Bas, badh-chadh ke hissa lo* (Just jump in enthusiastically). It’s open for all, not only academy members.

### What You Walk Away With

You’ll get a straight-up review: strengths, weaknesses, and a player development plan. No sugarcoating, just a clear route for upping your game.

### Who’s Testing You

My team comes packed with Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified coaches plus sports analysts. We’re all about long-term growth, not just quick fixes.

## Meet your expert

[IB Sports Academy](https://mytribe.in/ibsportsacademy)

### My story

Namaste, we’re IB Sports Academy, started by Ishwar Bhati in 2010. Basketball isn’t just sport for us, it’s a way to build dreams. Over 500 athletes trained, and yes, we’re proud of every single one. Got the Dr. Ajmer Singh Award – felt good, but what matters more is helping kids, especially those who don’t get chances. Pehle tha padhoge toh badhoge, ab hai, khelge toh badhoge! (Used to be study to grow, now play to grow!) That’s our mantra.

### My work

- **Basketball Coaching for Everyone**: We coach all ages - beginners, pros, even working folks. Special focus on holistic basketball coaching.
- **Training Philosophy**: 'Khelge Toh Badhoge!' – playing builds character, teamwork, and resilience, not just winners.
- **The IB Training Method**: We mix sports techniques for explosive power training, discipline, and game-ready mindset.
- **Community & Events**: We welcome all, especially basketball for underprivileged kids. Host tournaments, Parent's basketball matches, and more.
