Whether you are rusty or have never touched a basketball before, we focus on simple drills and game-ready fitness to get you moving. Most of our members are working professionals who come here to disconnect from their laptops and reconnect with a community that actually knows how to have a laugh on the court. Basketball is often mistaken for a kids-only game, but we see it differently. For us, it is the best way to hit 'reset' after a long day of work. We run our sessions at Bal Bharti School in Dwarka, specifically designed for adults who want to get fit without the monotony of a treadmill. We keep the atmosphere social rather than strictly competitive. You will find folks from all walks of life—corporate professionals, parents, and hobbyists—all gathering to shoot hoops and run scrimmages. We focus on foundational skills like dribbling and shooting mechanics, but the real highlight is the community we have built. It is about team spirit, friendly rivalry, and helping each other improve. If you have been looking for an excuse to get back into sports, this is your sign to join us on the court. ## About IB Sports Academy I am Ishwar Bhati, and I started this academy because I believe that if you play, you grow.
