We run specific adult batches so you aren't training with the U19 competitive teams. It’s all about getting a sweat on, learning the right drills, and playing a proper scrimmage where you actually get to touch the ball. ### Training with a Purpose We believe basketball is for everyone, not just for the pros. Whether you are shaking off years of rust or trying to fix your shooting mechanics, our sessions at the Bal Bharati Public School court in Dwarka are designed to be practical. We don't focus on fluff; we focus on the game. ### Why Adults Choose Our Sessions * **Structured Scrimmages:** You get 30 minutes of referee-controlled game time every session. It’s not just drills; it’s about putting skills to the test in a real game environment. * **Joint Protection:** We play on shock-absorbent modular PP tiles. Your knees will thank you later. * **No Guesswork:** Our curriculum is FIBA-certified. We track your progress, whether you are here for a month or a quarter. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need prior experience?** Not at all. We have beginners and seasoned players. My job is to meet you at your skill level and help you improve from there. **What if I miss a session due to work?** We understand the 9-to-5 struggle. Our subscription model covers 12-14 sessions a month, giving you the flexibility to show up when you can, as long as you show up ready to work. ## About IB Sports Academy I’m Ishwar Bhati, and I’ve been running IB Sports Academy since 2010 with one belief: Khelge toh badhoge.
