At our Dwarka academy, our coaches like Bhanu Sir and Chiranjeev are not just telling you what to do. They are watching your shooting form, fixing your dribbling, and adjusting your defense in real time. We believe in high-quality guidance, which is why our team includes Jr. NBA and SAI NIS certified professionals who know how to simplify complex techniques for every skill level. Our coaching philosophy is built on 'Khelge toh badhoge'—the idea that you grow when you play with the right guidance. We have moved away from outdated training styles. Instead, we use a modern approach that balances fundamental skill development with physical fitness. Our coaching staff brings deep experience to the court: - Coach Bhim Singh (Bhanu Sir): With over 12 years of experience, he brings a mix of Jr. NBA and SAI NIS knowledge. He is our go-to for shooting mechanics and strengthening drills. - Coach Chiranjeev Kumar: An 8-year veteran in the field, he focuses on defensive strategies and game-ready footwork. We understand that coaching is not a one-size-fits-all game. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or an intermediate player wanting to fix your jump shot, our coaches tailor the training to your specific needs. They track your progress, suggest improvements, and keep the energy high during every session. Beyond technical drills, our coaches are mentors. They focus on injury prevention, understanding the game, and maintaining the right mindset. We keep our batch sizes manageable so you get direct attention. If you are training with us, expect feedback, not just instructions. We want you to walk away from every session at our Bal Bharati School court feeling like a better version of yourself. ## About IB Sports Academy I believe that good coaching changes everything. At IB Sports Academy, we have handpicked our team because they know how to make basketball accessible and fun. They are not just here to hold a whistle; they are here to help you get better, one drill at a time.
