You get a 20-minute dynamic warm-up to prep your joints, 25 minutes of targeted skill drills, and 30 minutes of referee-controlled scrimmages. It is the perfect balance of learning the fundamentals and testing your limits on the court without the pressure of a professional league. If you are looking to get back into the rhythm, our evening sessions at Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka are designed for working professionals who want to leave the screen behind. We play on modular shock-absorbent tiles that save your knees and ankles, because I know that life after 9-to-5 should not end in injury. Our batches are exclusive. We do not mix adults with our competitive U19 teams, so you get to play with peers at your own pace and level. Whether you are rusty or regular, we focus on the game flow, defensive stances, and finding your shot. We also host internal corporate tournaments throughout the year. These are not just matches, they are a chance to apply the drills we practice in a competitive environment. If you want to sweat out the stress, improve your game, and find a community that plays for the love of the sport, come join us this Tuesday or Thursday evening. ## About IB Sports Academy I am Ishwar Bhati, and I started IB Sports Academy because I believe sports change lives.
