It confirms that the training systems we use—whether for kids or working professionals—meet national standards. When you train with us, you are not just getting a coach; you are stepping into a system that is registered, vetted, and dedicated to your long-term athletic growth. ### Why Recognition Matters in Coaching In the world of sports, anyone can claim to be a coach. That is why awards like the Dr. Ajmer Singh Award, presented by the Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI), are important. They are not just trophies on a shelf. They are an external validation of the coaching methodology, the attention to detail in injury prevention, and the genuine impact we have on our players' lives. ### Our Foundation Since 2010, IB Sports Academy has been about one thing: grassroots development. Whether it is our work with underprivileged children or helping corporate professionals find fitness through basketball, our core approach remains the same. We focus on: * **Certified Coaching:** Our programs are led by coaches recognized by bodies like PEFI and supported by our credentials in the pro-circuit. * **Registered Excellence:** Being a Government of India-registered academy provides you with the peace of mind that you are learning from an established, professional entity. * **Community Impact:** Our collaborations with institutions like Sri Venkateswara College show that our impact goes beyond just coaching; we are active partners in the broader Delhi sports ecosystem. ### What This Means for You When you see these photos from our award ceremonies or our interactions with legends in the field, remember that this is the standard of attention you receive in every session. We bring that same level of discipline, energy, and expertise to the court in Dwarka. Whether you are aiming for a pro-level improvement or just want to swap your office stress for some competitive shooting, you are learning from a system that is proven to work. We do not just teach basketball; we build the mindset of a player. Our awards are just a reflection of the hundreds of students who have stepped onto our court and discovered what they are truly capable of. ## About IB Sports Academy I am Ishwar Bhati, and I believe coaching is about shaping futures, not just players. I bring the same passion and disciplined approach that earned us national recognition to every single training session at our academy.
