I perform with just my guitar and a percussionist, ensuring the music complements your event rather than overpowering the conversation. It is all about creating a 'baithak' (sitting) vibe where your guests can relax and connect, making it ideal for a Roka or a cozy family dinner. ### Why Choose an Acoustic Setup? When planning a smaller function like a Mehndi, welcome dinner, or a private anniversary, you want music that brings people together. My acoustic duo setup is designed specifically for this. It is raw, unplugged, and deeply personal. Unlike a high-energy DJ set, this format allows for interaction, song requests, and the kind of soulful storytelling that defines a true mehfil. ### What You Get My standard acoustic package features me on vocals and guitar, accompanied by a percussionist on tabla, dholak, or cajon. We cover a range of genres including Sufi kalaams, old Bollywood classics, and unplugged ballads. Because I travel frequently between Delhi and Dubai for performances, I am well-versed in adapting to different venue requirements and event styles. ### Practical Details for Your Venue To ensure the sound is crisp, I recommend a simple PA setup. Since this is an acoustic-first performance, we do not require a massive sound system, but a decent pair of speakers and two microphones will make all the difference. This setup provides 90 to 120 minutes of continuous performance, which can be adjusted to fit your timeline—whether you want a steady background flow or a focused listening session. ### Customizing Your Experience Music is poetry to me. If you have specific songs that hold a special place in your heart or if you want to include a bit of shayari between tracks, let me know. I love creating a setlist that feels like it was written just for your evening. ## About Harsh Singer I’m Harsh. For me, music is my way of connecting with people, and there is nothing quite like the energy of an intimate gathering. I prefer keeping things raw and real—just me, my guitar, and stories told through songs to set the right mood for your day.
