Whether it is our internal academy matches or the big annual Hurdles League, these events are where you get to test your technique, stamina, and mental game under real match pressure. ### Why we compete Tournaments are where practice translates into performance. When you are training three days a week at our Ghatkopar or Chembur facilities, it is easy to get comfortable. But when you step on the mat for a match, you learn how to handle nerves, adjust your strategy, and play to win. ### What to expect at our tournaments We host regular events for both kids and adults across our badminton and cricket programs. * **Friendly competition:** The focus is on sportsmanship and improvement. * **Real match experience:** You get to face players outside your usual practice group. * **Community vibe:** It is always a packed house with parents, players, and coaches cheering you on. We believe that winning a trophy is great, but the real victory is the confidence you gain every time you step on the court. If you are looking for a place in Mumbai that pushes you to be your best, come join us at one of our hubs. ## About Hurdles Fitness We are Hurdles Fitness, where we believe champions aren’t born, they’re made.
