We hand-dice every piece of meat and vegetable, which means you actually see what goes into your dog's bowl. By cooking our chicken on the bone first and de-boning it later, we keep all that natural marrow and cartilage goodness intact—stuff your dog usually misses out on in processed pet food. ### Why Hand-Diced Matters Most commercial pet food comes in a mystery mash. We dice everything because it forces your dog to chew, which is vital for digestion and dental health. When you open a pack from us, you aren't guessing what's inside; you can spot the chicken cubes, the green beans, and the pumpkin. ### The 'Bone-In' Difference We source whole cuts of chicken rather than buying pre-packaged boneless meat. We cook the meat on the bone, which adds a depth of flavor and texture that makes a huge difference for picky eaters. More importantly, this process retains essential natural glucosamine and chondroitin from the cartilage and marrow—the exact nutrients that support your dog's joint health. ### Our Ingredients We use whole red rice as our primary carbohydrate because it is low on the glycemic index compared to white rice or pasta. It keeps your dog fuller for longer and avoids the energy spikes that fillers cause. We use only food-grade ingredients; if you dropped a piece, you could honestly eat it yourself. ### Freshness Without Chemicals We don't use preservatives. To keep the food fresh for up to 10 days in the fridge (or 30 days in the freezer), we vacuum-seal every portion immediately after cooking. It's the only way to lock in the nutrients and safety without relying on additives. It’s exactly how we prep meals for our own dogs, and we believe your pup deserves the same standard. ## About Hungry Eyes We are Nandini and Soubhik, and we started Hungry Eyes because we were tired of feeding our own dogs 'mystery mush.' We cook for your pets exactly like we cook for ours—no secrets, just real, wholesome food that looks like dinner.
