It is usually preservatives. At Humble Flavors, I do things differently. Every batch is made-to-order in my home kitchen using pure desi cow ghee and organic jaggery, so you get them fresh without the chemical nasties. Because they are preservative-free, they have a shorter, honest shelf life—just how food should be. ### More Than Just a Sweet When I started Humble Flavors, my goal was simple: to make food that tastes real. In a world of 10-minute delivery and mass-produced mithai, I chose the harder path—making everything *itminaan se* (with patience). ### The Humble Flavors Difference Every laddu you order is crafted in my kitchen only after you place your request. I do not stock pre-made batches. This ensures that when you open your box, you are getting the freshest possible quality. * **No Refined Sugar:** I rely entirely on organic jaggery or natural alternatives like monk fruit. * **Pure Ingredients:** My kitchen uses branded desi cow ghee and nutrient-dense flours like Ragi, Jowar, and Bajra. * **Transparent Process:** No artificial colors, no additives, and no palm oil in any of our fried snacks. ### Traditional Indian Sweets, Reimagined Whether you are looking for classic Aata Gond laddus that remind you of childhood, or healthy millet-based snacks for your daily routine, everything is prepared with the same hygiene and love. I take pride in making traditional Indian sweets accessible and healthy, without compromising on the authentic taste that connects us to our roots. Each purchase also supports a cause close to my heart; I donate 5% of all revenue to Goonj to support women and girls. When you choose these homemade laddus, you are not just buying a snack—you are supporting a sustainable, thoughtful way of eating that gives back to the community. ## About Humble Flavors Hi, I’m Richa. I started Humble Flavors in my kitchen because I wanted sweets that actually taste like they came from a grandmother’s recipe book. I don't use sugar or additives, just good, honest ingredients, because food is meant to be nurturing, not just a treat.
