Unlike standard catering, we use our own chakki-ground flour for rotis, ensuring they stay soft and digest easily even if you eat them every single day. When you rely on a daily meal service, consistency is everything. You need food that feels light, balanced, and familiar, not heavy or overly spicy. That is exactly why we avoid MSG and keep our oil usage low. We structure our thalis based on what you actually need for your lunch or dinner: * **The Budget Half Meal:** Perfect for lighter appetites, this includes one seasonal vegetable or dal, fresh salad, and your choice of rice or four tawa rotis. * **The Premium Full Meal:** Our go-to for a complete dinner. This comes with a dal, one dry sabzi, steamed or jeera rice, fresh rotis, raita, salad, green chutney, and often a small sweet treat. We operate from our kitchen in Sushant Lok, Phase 1, and deliver across Gurugram. Because we cook everything fresh upon order, we do not reheat items, which helps maintain the nutritional value and taste profile. If you have specific spice requirements—especially for elders or children at home—just let us know when you order. We believe in transparency, so we are always happy to discuss how your food is being prepared. ## About Housewives Kitchen We are a home kitchen based in Sushant Lok, driven by the simple idea that food should nourish you. Everything we pack in your thali is made fresh, from the dal to the rotis, because we know you need a reliable daily meal that feels like home.
