Whether it is the consistency of our in-house milled wheat rotis or the fact that we keep our masalas balanced so you can eat it every single day without feeling heavy, it is those little details that seem to keep people coming back. When we started this kitchen, our goal was never to compete with restaurants. We simply wanted to fill the gap for people living away from home who miss that daily comfort of honest, simple food. ### Why Our Regulars Keep Coming Back We often hear that it is the consistency that matters. You might find a great meal at a restaurant once, but finding a daily tiffin service that stays fresh and light every single day is different. We do not use MSG, and we keep our oil usage minimal because we know you need to eat this for lunch and dinner, day after day. ### What You Will Find in Our Kitchen We grind our own flour for our rotis, which makes a huge difference in how they taste and feel. Our North Indian curries, like our dal makhani and kadhai paneer, are cooked with a focus on balanced spices rather than just heat or richness. We believe in transparency, which is why we often share behind-the-scenes videos of our kitchen, our ingredients, and our packing process. If you are tired of oily takeout and are looking for something that genuinely tastes like a home-cooked meal, we would love to be that for you. Whether it is a quick thali for one or catering for a family gathering, the care we put into the food remains exactly the same. ## About Housewives Kitchen We started this kitchen because we know how much it hurts to miss home-cooked food when you are busy. We cook everything here just the way we would for our own family, using fresh, simple ingredients. It is our way of sharing some warmth with our neighbors here in Gurugram.
