That is because we do not rely on restaurant-style shortcuts like heavy cream or excessive oil. We use our own home-ground flour and balanced spices, ensuring your guests can enjoy a full meal without that uncomfortable, heavy feeling that often follows event dining. We believe that catering is not just about feeding a crowd; it is about sharing a meal that feels like it came straight out of a family kitchen. Whether we are catering for a small get-together in Sushant Lok or a larger corporate lunch, our focus remains on consistency. Many of our clients—from long-term tiffin subscribers to first-time party hosts—often tell us they chose our kitchen because they were tired of the standard, oily restaurant fare. When we handle your event, we are not just dropping off food; we are setting up a buffet that we would be proud to serve in our own homes. ### Why Our Clients Keep Coming Back: * **Authentic Punjabi Flavors:** Our signature Dal Makhani is slow-cooked, not rushed, giving it that deep, genuine taste. * **Quality Ingredients:** Since we use our own home-ground flour, the rotis actually taste like they should, not like factory-made bread. * **Transparent Cooking:** We maintain a strict no-MSG promise. We keep it clean and simple, just real ingredients. We handle the entire setup, from the stainless steel warmers to the serving staff, so you can actually spend time with your guests instead of worrying about the kitchen. If you are looking for food that feels like home, we are here to help. ## About Housewives Kitchen We are Housewives Kitchen, and for us, cooking is personal. We started this because we missed real, comforting food in Gurugram, and we want to share that 'ghar ka swaad' (taste of home) with everyone. When you book us for an event, you are getting the same love, fresh ingredients, and home-ground flour that we use in our own daily meals.
