You won't find any pre-made pastes or hidden preservatives in our wok. My team and I grind our own wheat for those tawa rotis and we use minimal oil for every dish, even for our Chinese starters like Veg Salt and Pepper. It is the same standard of hygiene we use for our own family meals, because we believe you should not have to choose between hosting a great party and eating healthy. Transparency is not just a policy for us; it is how we built our kitchen in Sushant Lok. Whether you are ordering catering for a small get-together or a larger office event, you deserve to know exactly what is on your plate. ### How we handle your events * **Zero MSG & Preservatives:** You will not see artificial enhancers here. The flavor in our butter chicken or kadhai paneer comes from slow-cooking, not shortcuts. * **Home-Ground Flour:** We do not buy store-bought flour. We grind our own atta to ensure those tawa rotis stay soft and wholesome, even when served in bulk buffet warmers. * **The Tandoor Promise:** For our live counters, we bring our own gear and staff to manage the live tandoor, ensuring your guests get fresh, hot breads just the way they would at a restaurant, but with that ghar ka swaad. * **Hygiene First:** If you have ever worried about catering hygiene, we want to put that to rest. Our team wears gloves, our prep stations are cleaned hourly, and we pack everything with care. We serve in steel warmers to keep the temperature right without compromising on taste. We know the struggle of finding caterers in Gurugram who treat party food with the same love as a home-cooked lunch. That is exactly why we started this. You host the guests, and we will make sure they leave with a happy tummy. ## About Housewives Kitchen At Housewives Kitchen, I am the lead cook and the quality checker. I treat every order, whether it is for two people or twenty, like I am cooking for my own family in Sushant Lok. My team and I focus on keeping things light on the stomach and big on flavor.
