I make them with a relaxed fit because I want you to actually move, eat, and breathe while you're wearing them. Most of my pieces are crafted from breathable silk or cotton-silk blends, meaning you can wear them over a simple dress or jeans without feeling weighed down. Think of them as the easiest way to elevate a basic outfit into something that feels special, without needing to over-accessorize. ### Heritage Meets Modern I love working with Banarasi brocades and handwoven silks because they carry so much history, but I never want them to feel like costumes. My jackets are cut with contemporary silhouettes—often boxy, cropped, or slightly oversized—so they sit easily over a camisole or a simple shift dress. ### The Third Piece Philosophy If you follow me, you know I am big on the third piece rule. A jacket, a shrug, or a light layer is exactly what turns a boring daily look into a thoughtful outfit. My festive jackets have that heavy Zardosi handwork and rich gold motifs, perfect for wedding guest looks or Diwali parties. Then, I also have lighter, art-inspired prints for when you are just meeting friends for coffee. ### Sustainable & Slow Every piece you see here is made by my team of karigars. We do not do mass production. When you order, we focus on the fabric's drape and the quality of the finish.
