We integrate daily fitness drills and yoga sessions alongside your target practice to improve stability, ensuring your hands are steady even after hours on the range. Our 8-day beginner shooting camp is designed to build a solid foundation from scratch. We do not just teach you how to handle a .177 caliber air rifle or pistol; we train you like a competitive athlete. Each 90-minute session balances technical instruction—like stance, trigger control, and sight alignment—with physical conditioning. You will go through upper body strengthening and focus-oriented yoga, which are critical for maintaining the stillness required in precision shooting. We operate out of our dedicated 4000 sq. ft. indoor range in SBM Colony, featuring 10 lanes, AC comfort, and constant CCTV monitoring. This structured approach helps students of all ages, from 8 to 50, develop the discipline needed to compete at the state and national levels. Beyond the sport, our training aligns with sports quota opportunities, providing a tangible path toward potential government job placements in the Army or Navy.
