I provide all professional-grade materials—from 300 GSM cold press watercolor paper to synthetic brushes—so you can focus entirely on the session. We spend three hours working on foundational techniques like color mixing and water control, ensuring you walk away with a finished piece you created yourself. ### A Gentle Introduction to Art My workshops are built for the absolute beginner. If you have not held a paintbrush since school, this is the place to start. I strip away the pressure of perfection, focusing instead on the process and the mental clarity that comes with creating something from scratch. ### What You Will Learn - **Foundations of Watercolor:** We cover water control, how to layer paints, and basic color theory to get you comfortable with the medium. - **Nature-Inspired Themes:** We often focus on florals and landscapes, as nature provides a forgiving and beautiful palette for beginners. - **Composition Basics:** I guide you on how to plan your painting before you start, so you feel confident at every step. ### The Workshop Experience Whether you are joining a public session at venues like Go Native in Whitefield, Bangalore, or organizing a private group for your team or friends, the structure remains the same. The environment is kept relaxed and supportive. I limit the group sizes to ensure I can give personal guidance to everyone in the room. ### Session Logistics - **Duration:** 3 hours of dedicated creative time. - **Inclusions:** All supplies provided (paper, brushes, paints, aprons). Food and beverages are included for public workshops. - **Eligibility:** Designed for anyone 17 years and older. If you want to escape the daily grind and try something new, these workshops offer a low-stakes way to rediscover your creative side. ## About Shagufta I'm Shagufta Hamza.
