Every jar is hand-packed in sterilized glass to ensure that the aroma and crunch of our spices stay exactly as they were when roasted in our open-pan kadai. Our kitchen process is designed around one goal: preserving the gharkaswad—the true taste of home. We work in small, controlled batches, which means we are not chasing mass production, but rather consistency. Our team follows rigorous hygiene training, from how we handle raw ingredients to the final sealing of the glass jar. When we roast our spices for the Molgapudi or the regional cooking masalas, we use the Bhuna method, dry-roasting ingredients individually to retain their volatile oils. This prevents flavor loss and gives you a product that is significantly more potent than mass-market powders. You will notice this difference; you need about 30 percent less of our masala to get the same flavor profile. Packaging is equally critical. We use heavy-grade glass jars with gold lug caps. It is not just about the aesthetic; it is about preventing aroma dissipation and moisture, which is the enemy of raw spice blends. Every order that leaves our Najafgarh facility is checked, labeled, and sealed to ensure the food reaches your kitchen exactly as it left ours. ## About Homemade Love We are a family-led team that started this because we missed the taste of mom's cooking. We wanted to bring back that feeling of childhood summer vacations and simple, pure food. Every jar we pack is a story we are sharing with you.
