That's why every batch of our Panjeeri is slow-roasted in pure desi ghee, ensuring you get that authentic crunch without any hidden chemicals or vegetable oils. It's not just a sweet; it's a jar full of childhood memories that we pack personally for your family. For many of us, the best memories are tied to taste—summers at Dada-Dadi’s, the excitement of festival boxes, and that distinct aroma of slow-roasted flour hitting hot ghee. At Homemade Love, we wanted to capture that feeling in a jar. ### Why our Panjeeri and Halwa feel different: * **Real Ingredients:** We don't use short-cuts. Our Panjeeri is packed with roughly 15-20% dry fruits—almonds, cashews, and foxnuts—giving you a genuine crunch in every bite. * **The 'Gharkaswad' Promise:** Whether it's our Panjeeri, rich with edible gum and ajwain for digestion, or our Instant Sooji Halwa that’s ready in five minutes using just boiling water, we stick to home recipes. No artificial preservatives, ever. * **Small Batches:** We cook in small quantities in our Delhi kitchen to maintain the consistency and soul of the dish. It isn’t mass-produced; it's made for your table. ### How to enjoy: The Panjeeri is perfect with a warm glass of milk on a chilly Delhi evening, or as a quick energy boost during the workday. If you're craving something warm and comforting in a rush, our Instant Sooji Halwa with saffron and cardamom hits the spot in minutes. We send these straight from our home to yours, across India. ## About Homemade Love We started Homemade Love in our Delhi kitchen to share the recipes our Dadi taught us, using only natural ingredients and zero nasties.
