It is about access to natural turf wickets that mimic match conditions and getting real, actionable feedback from coaches who have played at the highest levels. When you spend enough time here, you stop just practicing and start preparing for the leagues that matter. Cricket is as much about the environment as it is about the hours you put in. At our academy, we have built a space where the focus is entirely on player development. Our students often talk about two things: the quality of the natural turf wickets and the direct, no-nonsense mentorship. Unlike concrete-based nets, our grass wickets allow for realistic bounce and movement, which is why when our students step out for the Kanga League or Giles Shield, they feel prepared rather than surprised. The feedback loop here is tight. Whether it is a junior player learning the basics or a senior preparing for professional trials, they get technical corrections that actually stick. We keep the atmosphere supportive. There is no unnecessary pressure, just clear guidance on technique, fitness, and mindset. When you see our players interacting with IPL stars or training alongside List A cricketers, you realize this is not just an academy—it is a clear pathway to competitive cricket. If you are looking for cricket coaching in Kandivali that treats your progress with the same seriousness you do, come down for a session to see how it feels. ## About Homeground Cricket Academy I started this academy because I know what it is like to travel for hours just for 20 minutes of batting. I wanted to build a place in Kandivali where local kids get the best turf pitches and honest coaching to actually improve, not just survive.
