Whether we are doing video analysis or running through match simulations, the goal is to bridge the gap between a local club player and a professional athlete. At Homeground, mentorship means accessibility. I am present on the ground every single day, not just as a name on the signboard. When I started this, I wanted to create the kind of environment I wish I had in Mumbai—where technical correction meets real-world cricket psychology. We do not just focus on the 'how' of a cover drive; we look at the 'why' behind every shot decision. Our sessions often involve video analysis where we break down your technique frame-by-frame, ensuring you understand exactly what needs to be fixed. It is this level of detail that separates a casual hobbyist from a serious contender. We also host legends—like Brett Lee, who has visited us—to show our students that greatness is approachable, not distant. It is about understanding the mental toughness required to handle the pressure of tournaments like the Kanga League. You get more than just coaching; you get the playbook of someone who has played at the highest level. ## About Homeground Cricket Academy I am Paul Valthaty, and I built this place because I know exactly how hard it is to get quality training in Mumbai. I am here on the field every day, sharing what I learned from IPL and my own journey with our students.
