Whether it is a Santorini-style arch or a custom bedroom unit, we build it on-site. This allows us to make the furniture fit your specific layout exactly, instead of you having to compromise on standard sizes or trying to make store-bought pieces work. Our design process is built on conversation, not just blueprints. When we work on a project, we don't start with a list of products. We start by listening. We want to know how you use your space—whether you need a quiet corner to unwind after a long day in Navi Mumbai or a vibrant, open kitchen where your family gathers. We specialize in custom, theme-based residential interior design. Because we handle everything in-situ, we are able to take on challenging designs that standard modular vendors often refuse. If you want a Mediterranean-inspired living room with curved arches or a themed room for your children, we work with you to plan, sketch, and fabricate those elements right there in your home. Our clients, like the Nikam family in Seawoods or the Jains with their Santorini home, often come to us with a vision and leave with something more refined than they imagined. We take care of the entire execution, so you aren't stuck coordinating with multiple vendors for electrical, civil, or carpentry work. We manage the mess and the precision so that by the time we hand over the keys, the only thing you have to do is move in. ## About Holla Homes We are Prakash and Pratap, the team behind Holla Homes. We started this six years ago because we wanted to build homes that feel alive, not just like a copy-paste design from a catalogue. We love the brainstorming phase and are always happiest when a client tells us our approach helped them discover a concept they didn't know they needed.
