Whether it is carving Santorini-style arches or building a music-themed reading nook, we fabricate most elements on-site. This approach allows us to maximize your available square footage and ensures the final result matches the concept we agreed upon, rather than settling for what is currently available in the market. Our featured work represents the core of Holla Homes—designing spaces that are not just pretty, but deeply personal. We believe your home should tell your story, which is why we focus heavily on themed interiors. When you see a Santorini-style living room in our gallery, that is not just paint. We build the curved arches and textured walls right on-site to get that Mediterranean feel perfectly right. When we take on a project in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, or Pune, we do not just install modular units. We act as structural designers. For our kids' room projects, we create custom bunk beds and POP wall elements like clouds or castles that turn a room into a playground. For our Parisian or vintage designs, we focus on detailed wall mouldings and PU finishes that bring timeless elegance to modern apartments. ### Why our approach is different * **On-site fabrication:** We do not rely heavily on off-the-shelf furniture. By building cabinets, study units, and architectural features on-site, we guarantee a custom fit for your floor plan. * **Collaborative planning:** You are not just a client; you are a co-creator. We sit with you, sketch out ideas, and refine them until the concept aligns with your vision. * **Thematic expertise:** From traditional Maharashtrian themes with wooden swings (jhoolas) to modern contemporary aesthetics, we adapt our techniques to fit the vibe you want. If you are looking for an interior designer who is willing to get their hands dirty to build something unique rather than catalogue-standard, let’s talk. ## About Holla Homes We are Prakash and Pratap. When we started Holla Homes six years ago, we wanted to bridge the gap between imagination and reality. We spend our days brainstorming with clients, sketching on napkins, and figuring out how to build the themes you see here right inside your own home.
