We don’t just use wallpaper; we build these features on-site using POP and custom masonry. It means we can tweak the radius of an arch or the depth of a niche while we’re working, so it fits your room’s specific dimensions perfectly instead of feeling like a generic add-on. ### Bringing Greece to Navi Mumbai When we took on this 3BHK project, the goal wasn't just to paint walls blue and white. We wanted to capture the actual feeling of being in Santorini—that sense of peace and openness. **Why the 'In-Situ' Approach Matters** We believe the best features in a home shouldn't be bought off a shelf. In 'The House of Blue,' the iconic blue domes and the curved sofa-back wall were created on-site. By working directly on the structure, we can ensure the proportions are right for your living room, not just a standard size from a catalog. This process allows us to integrate lighting and niches exactly where you need them. **Planning Your Themed Home** - **Theme Selection:** We start by understanding which vibe speaks to you. Whether it’s Mediterranean, minimalist, or something traditional, we break down the color palettes and architectural elements first. - **Space Optimization:** Even with a heavy theme, we prioritize function. Notice how the TV unit is designed not just to look good, but to act as a storage piece that fits seamlessly into the flow of the room. - **Quality of Finish:** We focus on durability. For high-traffic areas, we use marine-grade plywood and high-gloss finishes that are easy to clean, so your home stays looking new even after years of use. If you have a concept in mind, even if it feels a bit 'out there,' let's talk. We have a saying: 'You dream it, we make it.' We’re always ready to brainstorm and push the boundaries of what’s possible in an apartment layout. ## About Holla Homes We’re Prakash and Pratap from Holla Homes. We believe your home should be your sanctuary—the place where the day's tiredness just melts away. We don’t just design spaces; we build dreams, and with this Santorini project, we wanted to show that even a 3BHK apartment in Navi Mumbai can feel like a vacation.
