When our guests talk about trust, they often mention the small details—like our team managing late-night event logistics or safeguarding personal items. These stories highlight that the peace of mind we offer is just as important as the lush green backdrop itself. ### A Venue Built on Trust We have hosted celebrations on Kanakapura Road for twenty years, and we have learned that the best events happen when the host feels supported, not stressed. Our corporate clients, like teams from Siemens, often choose us because we offer a necessary break from the office environment, yet we remain just 20 minutes from the city center. ### Supporting Your Vision Whether you are planning a grand wedding under our palm trees or an intimate birthday gathering, our approach remains the same. We help with the logistics that others might overlook. If you need to coordinate with outside decorators for a specific floral theme or want to manage the flow of 500 guests, our staff works to keep those operational details invisible. This allows you to stay present for the moments that actually matter. ### Your Home Away From Home Many of our guests describe their stay in our 18 rooms and A-frame cottages as a true retreat. Because we provide on-site accommodation, your friends and family can relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about late-night drives back into Bangalore traffic. When reviewing these testimonials, look for the practical feedback that matters to you—be it the responsiveness of our team, the quality of our catering packages, or the comfort of our cottages. We invite you to walk through our gardens and see if our space matches the vision for your next milestone. ## About Holiday Village We are a family-run space that treats every event as if it were our own. Over the last 20 years, our goal has been to create a quiet, green escape on Kanakapura Road where your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration. We are here to handle the details so you can be present for the moments that matter.
