We specialize in slow-cooked Dal Makhani and tandoori starters that pair perfectly with our open-air campus vibe. If you are planning a visit on a Saturday, keep in mind that our weekly karaoke nights make the atmosphere quite lively, so it is the perfect spot for singing along rather than having a quiet, hushed conversation. ### A Taste of the Highway in Bangalore At Baisakhi, we believe Punjabi food should be hearty, unpretentious, and shared with good company. Our kitchen focuses on the classics that people crave—rich Butter Chicken, paneer lababdar, and fresh naans straight from the tandoor. Because we are located on a sprawling four-acre property off Kanakapura Road, we have the space to recreate that authentic, rustic dhaba feel that is hard to find within the city limits. ### Saturday Night Karaoke Our weekends are defined by energy. Every Saturday, we host karaoke nights that have become a bit of a local tradition. Whether you are a bathroom singer or a seasoned performer, our stage is open. It is a high-energy environment, making it a great destination for friends catching up or a fun Saturday night out. ### Dining Options & Pricing We offer an a la carte dining experience where the focus is entirely on fresh ingredients and bold spices. Prices typically range from ₹1000 to ₹1600 per person, depending on your appetite and choice of drinks. * **Starters:** Tandoori Chicken, Amritsari Fish, and Paneer Tikka are staples. * **Mains:** Our Dal Makhani is slow-cooked for hours, and our Butter Chicken is prepared in the traditional style. * **Setting:** You can choose to sit in our open-air dining area, surrounded by the greenery of our resort, which keeps the experience comfortable even on warmer Bangalore evenings. While we are part of the larger Holiday Village resort, Baisakhi operates with a focus on quick, soulful comfort food. If you are coming with a large group or looking for a specific table near the action for karaoke, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can prepare your spot. ## About Holiday Village At Holiday Village, we built Baisakhi to be the kind of place where you can actually let your hair down. We keep the setting rustic and the recipes home-style because we believe the best meals happen when you are not trying too hard to impress anyone.
