Whether you are a toddler picking up a stick for the first time or a senior player prepping for the Asmita State League, expect direct feedback in Hindi and Marathi, like 'Man to man marking kar!' (Do the man-to-man marking). We treat practice as a simulation of a match, but once the whistle blows for the cool-down, that high-pressure focus immediately shifts to the supportive family environment we have built on and off the field. Our training methodology is rooted in the reality of match play. We don't just run laps; we simulate game scenarios to build stamina, reflexes, and tactical awareness. Our coaches, who include ex-national players and former Sports Authority of India scholars, prioritize technical skills—specifically 3D ball control, quick tackling, and precise passing—at every age group, from our toddlers to our veterans. We operate across multiple key locations in Navi Mumbai, including St. Joseph's High School in Kalamboli and Decathlon Sports in Belapur. This allows us to maintain consistent turf access for our competitive squads and recreational groups. ### What You Get With Us * **Real Game Readiness:** We focus on tactical sessions, including half-time huddles and video analysis concepts, to prepare you for local and state-level tournaments like the Asmita State Hockey League. * **Inclusive Community:** We are a club where everyone has a place. We are proud of our women's and girls' competitive teams and emphasize providing equal opportunities to all athletes to develop their game. * **Discipline & Fun:** While our coaching is strict and performance-focused during drills, we balance this with a strong club culture. We celebrate birthdays, festivals, and tournament wins together because we believe that strong bonds between players and parents are what actually sustain a team through tough matches. Whether you are looking to get tournament-ready or just want to pick up the basics of the game in an environment that pushes you, you are joining a collective that values hard work and shared progress. ## About Hockey Navi Mumbai We are a bunch of people glued together by a shared love for the game.
