It’s about how we function as one unit under pressure. In these sessions, we build that chemistry from the whiteboard to the turf, so every player knows their role when it counts. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Rain or shine, the energy is always high. I structure my sessions to replicate the chaos of a real match, so you learn to execute complex passing combinations even when your lungs are burning. You will see us working on specific 3v2 and 4v3 overloads on the whiteboard, then immediately testing them under pressure on the astro turf to build real muscle memory. ### Training with Intensity I believe that a team is only as strong as its weakest link. That is why our training sessions at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) facility in Bengaluru are built to mirror the intensity of national-level competition. We don't just practice; we simulate game-day pressure. My methodology focuses on: * **Tactical Awareness:** We use whiteboard sessions to dissect formations like BS1 through BS5, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind every movement. * **Pressure-Testing:** Through high-repetition drills, we force decision-making. You will learn to handle the ball under extreme time constraints and crowd noise. * **Physical Conditioning:** Hockey is a game of endurance and explosive speed. We combine specific agility drills with weight training to ensure your engine never fails during the final quarter of a match. ### Building the Team Mindset Beyond the tactics and the conditioning, this cluster is about culture. I bring in national-level players to share their journeys because I want you to see that the path to the India Camp is hard, but it is possible. We celebrate the small wins, we analyze the mistakes without ego, and we hold each other accountable. When you join my Elite Performance Program, you aren't just getting a coach; you are stepping into an environment where your success is my primary metric. ## About Hari Haran I don’t care if you're a beginner or pushing for state selection—if you have the hunger, I have the plan.
