My training approach in Basaveshwar Nagar isn't about repeating theory from a book. It is built on what I have lived, practiced, and learned under the guidance of Dr. H R Nagendra Ji. If you are looking for a shortcut, this is not it. If you are looking for a genuine path, we can talk. My journey is the foundation of every course I offer. When you join the Yoga Instructor Course (Y.I.C) or our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, you are not just signing up for a class. You are inheriting a lineage. ### The S-VYASA Connection My collaboration with S-VYASA University is central to my work. This provides a rigorous academic structure—studying anatomy, yoga sutras, and cyclic meditation—ensuring that when you graduate, your certification is internationally recognized and academically sound. ### More Than A Certificate I believe in the 'Right to Yoga'—that practice belongs to everyone, regardless of background. Whether you are training at our Basaveshwar Nagar studio or through our hybrid online models, the goal is to shift from 'knowing' to 'living' yoga. We cover the technical aspects—rigging safety for aerial yoga, facial anatomy for our beauty coaching, and sequencing for Hatha flows—but the true outcome is the discipline you build. ### My Commitment I am here to guide, spot, and challenge you. But I cannot do the work for you. My students range from police officers to doctors, and every single one of them shares one trait: they showed up consistently.
