For over five years, I have been teaching with a focus on honesty and accessibility, ensuring that whether you are looking for prenatal care or therapeutic healing, you receive guidance backed by S-VYASA certification. I founded HITYOGA on the belief that yoga belongs to everyone. It is not just about the poses you hold on a mat. It is about how you carry that mindfulness into your daily life. My approach combines the ancient, grounded traditions I learned from my Gurus with the rigorous, science-backed standards of S-VYASA University. When you join us, you are not signing up for a rigid class. You are entering a community that values authenticity over perfection.
