We suggest keeping the entrance decor consistent with your indoor lighting to ensure the transition feels natural as guests walk from the outdoor arrival area into the party space. ### Making an Entrance That Counts Your guests start forming an opinion about the event the moment they step out of their cars. Whether it is a destination wedding at Raheja Exotica or a local reception in a Mumbai hall, we focus on designs that bridge the gap between 'just a venue' and 'your celebration.' #### Why Entrance Decor Matters Think of the entrance as the opening scene of a movie. It prepares the guest for what is inside. We use a mix of structures and lighting to guide that flow: * **Floral and Fabric Arches:** We use heavy artificial floral runners and fabric draping to define the path, often adding chandeliers or hanging lamps for a touch of elegance. * **Tunnel Lighting:** For evening events, our fairy light tunnels are a favorite. They create an immersive corridor that feels magical and separates the arrival zone from the main party area. * **Clear Signage:** Nobody wants to guess where the 'Nacho Tappo' (dance floor) or the bar is. We include directional pole signs that are not just useful, but styled to match your theme. #### Practical Considerations When we plan an entrance, we look at more than just the aesthetics. We check the venue's accessibility, the available power points for the lighting rigs, and the natural flow of human traffic. If it is a narrow entrance, we might suggest a light-colored draping to make the space feel wider. For open lawns, we often build a truss-supported arch to ensure it stands strong against the wind. We always try to match the entrance style to the main event theme. If you have a rustic vibe, we lean into wooden pallets and warm lanterns. If it is a grand reception, we go for red carpets, bold marquee letters, and vibrant uplighting to set the energy high before anyone even grabs a drink. ## About Hiral Decorator We are Hiral Decorator, and we truly believe the first impression is the only one that counts.
