We analyze traffic flow, sun patterns, and existing infrastructure to ensure the greens thrive. For projects like the KDMC road dividers or high-traffic office lobbies, we select resilient, low-maintenance species so the space stays lush without needing a full-time gardener on your payroll. Urban environments often feel like concrete boxes. Whether it is a corporate office lobby or public infrastructure, my goal is to implement biophilic design that stands the test of city life. ### The Commercial Approach I know that offices require a balance. You want that visual impact for clients and visitors, but you also need plants that thrive in air-conditioned environments without constant fuss. I focus on structural greenery—tall planters, vertical walls, and statement pieces—that define a space rather than cluttering it. We handle the end-to-end setup, using soil-less mixes to prevent pests, dirt, and mess in your workspace. ### Public Infrastructure & Scale Scaling up for public spaces is entirely different. Working on projects like the KDMC dividers means dealing with dust, traffic vibrations, and varying water access. We use hardy hedges and ground cover that can handle the harsh reality of Mumbai roads. We ensure the planting is secure and does not obstruct visibility or get damaged easily. ### Why Himalayan Exotica? Plants aisa lagao ki log dekhe aur bole—you want your space to stop people in their tracks. We handle everything from the initial site survey to ongoing maintenance advice. Being based in Navi Mumbai, we take up projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Kalyan, Dombivli, and Belapur. Let’s bring some nature back to your business. ## About Himalayan Exotica I started Himalayan Exotica because I couldn't stand seeing our cities lose touch with nature. My team and I don't just supply plants; we step into your commercial site, understand the space, and design a green ecosystem that actually lasts. Plants are my baby, and I treat every lobby, office, and public space with that same level of care.
