This personal loop is exactly why I cap my kitchen at 35 orders a day; it allows me to read every single note, tweak spice levels, and ensure that when you open your lunch box, you taste care, not just a recipe. For me, food is not just about nutrition; it is an emotion. When you see a photograph of a meal on this page, you are seeing more than just a tray of food. You are seeing a meal that was planned the day before, prepared with fresh ingredients, and packed with the same attention I give to my own family’s kitchen. My 'Foodie Family' gallery is a collection of honesty. Sometimes it is a picture of a corporate lunch at the World Trade Centre, and sometimes it is a photo of my delivery partner Sonu, who cycles through waterlogged Mumbai streets during the monsoon because he knows that a warm, homemade lunch is essential for your workday. I believe in transparency, which is why I am not on food delivery apps. My service is built on direct communication. When you order from me, you are not engaging with an algorithm. You are connecting with a home cook who wants to know if the phulkas were soft, if the dal had the right comfort, and if the seasonal sabji hit the spot. If you are looking for authentic vegetarian home-cooked meals in Matunga that prioritize health over mass production, you have come to the right place. ## About Hemas VegRasoi I am Hema, and I run my kitchen right here in Matunga with the belief that food is divine.
